＋What data does TokenAudit read — and what not?
TokenAudit reads only aggregated usage and cost data from the official Anthropic APIs: token counts, cost, sessions, model and surface per user or workspace. Prompts, conversation content, file names and project titles are never collected, stored or displayed.
＋How do I connect Anthropic?
Enterprise organisations create an Analytics API key as Primary Owner (claude.ai → organisation settings → API, scope read:analytics). Console organisations create an Admin API key (Console → Settings → Admin keys). Paste the key into TokenAudit, test the connection — the backfill starts automatically. First numbers within minutes.
＋How fresh and how reliable are the numbers?
Cost data typically appears within four hours and can be revised by Anthropic for up to 30 days. TokenAudit marks every month as Preliminary or Final, versions every correction (nothing is overwritten) and surfaces corrections visibly.
＋What about Claude via Bedrock, Vertex or Foundry?
Those paths are not covered by the Anthropic APIs. TokenAudit imports them via CSV (e.g. AWS CUR lines) so the CFO report stays complete.
＋Is this compatible with our works council?
Works-council mode is on by default: pseudonymised identities, k-anonymity (k=5) in the query layer, no individual rankings, logged re-identification only by a privacy role. A template works agreement and the processing description are included.
＋Where is the data hosted?
In EU data centres (Amsterdam region) — all analytics data is stored and processed exclusively in the EU. DPA and TOMs are provided during onboarding; API keys are stored envelope-encrypted. Enterprise customers can opt for German infrastructure without a US sub-processor.
